Kikie Koch discovered her love of needle and thread in her grandmother's sewing room. She then went to Zurich and studied design and product design at the Höhere Schule für Gestaltung. She designed her own shoe collection, learned the craft of manufacturing in Milan and Scotland, and topped it off with a diploma in Modelleria della Calzatura in Naples. As a designer and craftswoman, Kikie Koch worked for many years with a wide variety of materials and won the Swiss Federal Prize for Applied Arts. Today she wins with her Mediterranean bag collection: the hearts of her customers.
